Needs Analysis: Syllabus

This submodule is about the analysis phase in STREAMpreneur youth work and you will have the opportunity to learn about the analysis phase in a comprehensive and in-depth way.

In detail, you will learn:

  1. the six steps of the analysis phase and how to allow youth to participate
  2. to validate the performance gap
  3. to identify the youth’s work goals
  4. to analyse the target group
  5. to review available resources
  6. to recommend possible youth work activities
  7. to create a project management plan
  8. to complete the analysis

According to these learning objectives, the course is divided into eight lessons. Each lesson includes one or more instructional videos and other learning opportunities such as assignments for group discussions or links to tools to explore. The course is rounded off with a final quiz where you can check your learning. We recommend that you complete the course in the order given.
